I had only had solar panels installed and soon realised that I should also have had batteries installed. We were pleased with the savings with the panels but realised that greater savings could be made with battery storage. We decided to go with Smart CTRL. They were very professional and gave excellent service. The installation is neat and tidy. I have no problem in recommending them on the base of the service we received.

Chris and Rich installed the Ohme Home Pro EV charger for us. They are reasonable priced, quick response and knowledgeable. The charger was installed in a week from quotation. There is a bit of distance from my house meter box to the driveway, even so, they had carefully considered the installation and provided reliable advice. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Wow! What amazing service I received from Rich at Smart CTRL.

Not only did he get my solar panels working again but he went above and beyond. Whilst he had the solar panels off he brushed the roof clear of debris; cleared the gutter; found two roof tiles that had been poorly repaired by the previous installers ~ he went and found replacement tiles and installed them! I would have been none the wiser if he had not bothered, but he did and I can't recommend him highly enough :) Thanks Rich!

Had my Solar with Battery storage installed today, these guys from start to finish have been true to their word and the whole process has been followed through truly and professionally, I cannot fault them, they’ve designed the system to cater for my needs to make sure we can maximise and generate sufficient energy and the system gives us the ability to store excess energy to use when there is minimal being produced.

Price was very competitive, even when I was offered interest free from a large national energy supplier, their quote was a lot more competitive, I did have reservations due to the cost difference, however really glad I gave them a try, fully recommend this company.

Rich of Smart Ctrl was fantastic. He explained everything I needed to know when deciding whether to have solar or not. I was very impressed with everyone involved in the installation itself. The lovely scaffolding guys, the sweet panel fitters and Rich himself who did all the electrics. I’m also impressed with how much electricity is being produced, I have barely paid a penny for electricity from the grid since the panels went live. The export tariff will pay the standing charge too. The aftercare has been excellent with Rich even replying to a text when on holiday! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys 🙏

Very pleased with the installation of an EV charger and a battery system to complement our existing PV system. We were kept informed of all aspects of the task, with Chris and Rich taking care of all paperwork required. The task was completed in two stages, due to paperwork coming through for the charger first, so Chris fitted that to enable us to home charge the car. Nice tidy job and Rich identified and fixed an issue we were unaware of in the distribution box.
